Christian M. Bilella
Christian is Senior Vice President at Greenwich Premier Services, reporting directly to the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, overseeing leasing and property management for the company’s corporate real estate portfolio. Christian is a dynamic senior executive recognized for his ability to orchestrate comprehensive real estate leasing and management processes to deliver optimal operational efficiency and property revenue. His expertise stems from over 20 years of experience in real estate with prominent organizations and financial institutions. He has been working at Greenwich Premier Services for the last 8 years. Christian is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson, a Real Property Administrator, and a LEED O+M Accredited Professional. Prior to Greenwich Premier Services, Christian worked with Hines, where he held various positions over 10+ years.
Max Lippolis
Max is Property Manager for Greenwich Premier Services. He is a talented real estate management professional and expert communicator with a diverse background in efficiently managing commercial properties. He has a hospitality mindset and knowledge of estimating, operations, technology, IT infrastructure, mechanical installations and vendor management. Max also brings an extensive background in food, beverage and leading large staffs, while promoting cohesion and mastering every facet of project initiatives. In addition to his 35+ years of business intelligence delivering a multiple variety of high-quality projects, he has developed stakeholder relationships, tenant satisfaction and has managed multi-million-dollar accounts. He was most recently Project Manager for the The RAM Group LLC in Stamford, where he was responsible for design/build of luxury residential homes and first-class renovations.
Diana DiPalma
Diana is a Leasing Manager / Assistant Property Manager for Greenwich Premier Services Co. with over 13 years of extensive experience in the leasing and property management industry. Since joining Greenwich Premier Services Co. in July 2016, she has specialized in residential properties, demonstrating expertise in overseeing diverse portfolios and ensuring operational excellence. Diana manages the day-to-day operations of residential and mixed-use properties spanning Connecticut and New York. She is dedicated to optimizing property management processes, maintaining high standards of maintenance, and fostering tenant satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Her comprehensive approach ensures that all properties in the portfolio operate seamlessly, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
Joanne Santora
Joanne is an experienced Assistant Property Manager at Greenwich Premier Services Co., with a rich background in property management. She plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of multiple buildings within the company’s portfolio. Joanne’s responsibilities encompass client relations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, as well as project and contract management. Additionally, she assists with tenant move-ins, buildouts, and various operational needs to ensure smooth property operations.
Joanne’s career in property management began in 2018 at Greenwich Premier Services, after having spent over 20 years at Hines, one of the leading real estate companies. Her extensive experience makes her an asset in managing both the financial and operational aspects of the properties she oversees.
